Refund Policy for Expression of Interest (EOI)

Welcome to Dquor Spaces. We value your interest in our offerings and strive to ensure a transparent and reliable process for all transactions, including Expression of Interest (EOI) payments.

EOI Application Payments:

When submitting an EOI application, please note that the payment made is for the purpose of expressing your interest in a property or service provided by Dquor Spaces. The EOI payment does not guarantee the reservation or acquisition of a property or service.

Refund Eligibility:

  1. Application Review: Once an EOI payment is received, our team begins the review process. If, for any reason, your application is not approved or processed due to unforeseen circumstances or non-compliance with our terms and conditions, you may be eligible for a refund.

  2. Cancellation: If you choose to withdraw your application before or after the launch of the project, you are eligible for a full refund of the application amount. In exceptional cases as explained in "Exceptional Case" clause below, certain amount may be deducted from the EOI application at the discretion of Dquor Spaces LLP

  3. Exceptional Case: If a customer confirms his participation for the launch event over email and cancels their application without visiting the event, certain administration fees may be deducted by Dquor Spaces towards the booking confirmation of hotel room and stay provided by us. This deduction is purely at the discretion of Dquor Spaces and may be forgiven for genuine cases of absence.

  4. Withdrawal Post Allocation: Any withdrawal post the booking will be treated as a cancellation and in the event of  cancellation of the unit, we shall be entitled to deduct the full application Fee. Cancellation post allocation may also incur deductions from the amount paid until the date of cancellation as per the allotment letter of the project. In the event of cancellation of the unit, the Applicant does not have and shall not have any claims on the unit.

Loan From Financial Institutions

  1. Loan from the financial institution may be availed by the applicant basis eligibility and institution norms.  However, if a particular institution/bank refuses to extend financial assistance on any ground, the  Applicant shall not make such refusal an excuse for non-payment of further installments/dues, in this event of rejection from the institution/bank if the further installments/dues are not cleared by the applicant it may result in cancellation of the unit. This cancellation will be treated as above mentioned above “Withdrawal post allocation”

 

Refund Process:

  1. Request Submission: To request a refund, you can either submit the physical copy of refund application or contact our sales representative to apply for online refund by email.

  2. Documentation: You may be asked to provide supporting documentation, such as proof of payment and identification, to process the refund.

  3. Refund Evaluation: Our team will review your refund request within a specified timeframe. We aim to process refunds promptly, but the duration may vary based on the complexity of the request and adherence to our refund policy.

 

Refund Amount:

  1. Deductions: Please note that while the application is 100% refundable, in exceptional case applicable administrative fees, processing charges, or deductions, as per our policy, will be subtracted from the total refund amount.

 

Method of Refund:

  1. Account of Payment: Refund will be processed only to the accounts from which the original payment was made. Any request to process the refund to an alternate account will not be entertained
